Applicability
This policy applies to physical deliverables from Swiftsa LLC’s interior design services (e.g., printed design plans, material samples). Digital deliverables (e.g., mood boards, 2D layouts) are sent via email and not subject to shipping rules.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship physical items to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- International shipping (e.g., Canada, Mexico) is not available at this time.
Processing Time
- Physical deliverables are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days of your final design approval (excluding weekends/holidays).
- During peak seasons (e.g., home renovation peaks in spring), processing may take 4–5 business days—we’ll email you if there’s a delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use USPS for reliable delivery, with the following options:

Delivery times are estimates—delays may occur due to weather or carrier volume.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your package ships, we’ll email you a USPS tracking number and link to monitor delivery status.
- Tracking info may take 24 hours to update in the USPS system.
Address Changes
- Update your shipping address within 24 hours of final design approval by emailing help@swiftsa.online with your booking number and new address.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes—if the package is delivered to the original address, we are not responsible for rerouting or reshipping.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- Lost/Undelivered: If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, check with your local USPS office first. If confirmed lost, email us within 7 days of expected delivery—we’ll resend items or issue a refund.
- Damaged: If items arrive damaged, take photos of the package and contents, then email them to help@swiftsa.online within 48 hours. We’ll send replacements at no cost or refund the item’s value.
