Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing interior design consulting services from swiftsa.online (operated by Swiftsa LLC), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your service confirmation email serves as proof of acceptance, binding both you and Swiftsa LLC.
Billing Terms
- One-Time Payment Model: All design services are project-based, one-time purchases—no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. You only pay for the specific service you select (e.g., “1-Room Virtual Consult,” “Full Home Layout Package”).
- Billing Description: Charges on your statement will show as swiftsa.online to clearly identify your design service purchase.
- Payment Security: We use encrypted processors to protect your payment details (e.g., credit card info). Swiftsa LLC does not store full payment data.
Checkout Requirements
To complete your booking, you must:
- Check the mandatory checkbox stating: “I have read, understood, and agree to Swiftsa LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”

Service Scope & Deliverables
- We list clear deliverables (e.g., “2 mood boards, 1 layout draft, 1 revision”) on each service page. No extra deliverables are provided unless agreed in writing.
- For in-person Columbus, OH consultations: We confirm time, location, and agenda 48 hours in advance. Cancellations/rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice—late cancellations may incur a 30% service fee.
Cancellations & Modifications
- You may cancel or modify your booking (e.g., change service type, update contact info) within 48 hours of purchase—after that, changes are not guaranteed.
- Cancellations within 48 hours get a full refund processed in 3 business days.
Governing Law
These terms follow Ohio state laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio courts.
